FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

It is essential that parents meet their financial obligations to the school in a timely and consistent manner to ensure the continued success of the program. To better understand your financial responsibilities, please refer to the tables below.
School fees
Initial Fees (1.1)

(1) The Diagnostic Test is a compulsory requirement of enrolment to determine the student’s proper grade level placing, as well as any learning gaps, for each core curriculum subject. It is not an entrance test, and is usually conducted after registration. Diagnostic Fee must be paid prior to testing. A student already using the ACE® curriculum may be excused from diagnostic testing.
(2) Yearly Material Fees and Starter Kit, which include PACES (Booklet - Lesson Material), uniform, one set of desk flags, document files, and essential school materials (such as a notebook, pencil, eraser, ruler, colored pencils, and other essentials).
(1.2) One-time non-refundable deposit fee covers the last month fee of the school year, payable at the time of registration.

School Fee (1.2)

School fees are charged on a monthly installment basis (calculated as follows: the annual school fee divided into 10 installments, spreading payments over 10 months rather than term by term). An additional installment, included in the initial fee as a deposit, is strictly designated for use at the last month of the school year (December Fees) and is non-refundable. Fees are to be paid in advance each month (every 1st day of the month).

Primary Annual School Fees: $5,940.00 to $6,600.00
Secondary Annual School Fees: $7,140.00 to $7,800.00

Miscellaneous Fees: (1.3)

Field trips and outings are optional unless they are required as part of the curriculum. Administrative fees (such as school letter requests), late payment fees, and credit card payment charges are considered miscellaneous fees and are charged when needed.

Diagnostic Test Fee ($100-$200) compulsory for new students (Grade 1-3 $100; Grade 4-12 $200)
PACES $400-$700 and CCA - Co Curriculum Activities $300
PACES and CCA Fees will be invoiced together with 1st & 2nd Instalments.
Field Trips / Outings: $38-$68 per trip.

Credit Card Payment charges 5% of the fees.
